If you're going to the San Diego Comic Con and want to dress up as one of the new Marvel vs. Capcom 3 characters, you still have time to put something together. I recommend Super Skrull: You'll look great sporting chin putty and a skin-tight bodysuit.

Video Blips:

The latest additions to the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 roster make up quite a diverse bunch. We have a Latverian man (Doctor Doom), a Chinese woman (Chun-Li), a devil (Trish), and a Skrull (Super Skrull). It's kinda like the Olympics, but a bit more over the top.

Continue after the break for a fresh Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game trailer, some Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days shootout gameplay, a peak at the new dark Spore game, cleverly titled...Darkspore, and a disturbing teaser for Alice: Madness Returns.

• The Scott Pilgrim video game is a beat-'em-up reminiscent of simpler times: Team up with friends, walk to the right, and pound on whomever's in the way -- all while rocking out to an 8-bit soundtrack. Sigh. [GameTrailers]

• Kane & Lynch 2's VHS-recording and moving camera implies that someone is with the player, filming the whole time. If this is true, isn't that person just standing around, waiting to get shot during those sticky-cover firefights? [GameTrailers]

• How do you take the cute monster-making game Spore in a new direction? Just make everything evil. Too bad the creature in this teaser just looks like angry anthropomorphic feces...unless that was the point. [GameVideos]

• Ugh. Judging from this teaser for Alice: Madness Returns, I'm guessing that Wonderland doesn't have very good health/dental insurance. The video seems innocently creepy at first and then -- well, maybe you should just watch it. [GameVideos]

Super Skrull is a good call, what better way to put each fantastic four character in a game while only using one character slot.

@Matt, yeah, but then we don't get to gawk at the sexy Susan Summers or play out our Thing vs. Hulk/Wolverine fantasies.

Wait, can Super Skrull shape-shift into different people? That might make my concerns null.
