We're back!

Hopefully you didn't notice, but over the past few months, we've been having a lot of technical issues with Bitmob.

Hopefully you did notice, but the site is stable again, thanks to the genius developers at Railsware. We can't show those guys enough of our appreciation, but we also wanted to recognize those of you who have stuck it out with through our crappy times. You're our most loyal supporters, and we love you for that.

If you've given up on us, please give us another shot.  Now that the major issues are behind us, we can get back to fixing a lot of the smaller ones. That means in the next few weeks, you should be seeing a steady stream of improvements here. Nothing major...but hopefully within a month, you'll see the best iteration of Bitmob yet.

Please feel free to post, read, comment -- everything you do on Bitmob helps keep us in business!

Here are a few more updates if you're interested:

1. If you missed it, here's how you can add your own advertising to your Bitmob profile and posts: Google AdSense and making money on Bitmob.

2. An official Bitmob style guide is coming! If you've ever wondered about "PlayStation" vs. "Playstation," we'll have you covered to make sure you're writing up to professional industry standards.

3. In the meantime, don't miss our Bitmob Writing Tips series. Each week, we drop some knowledge about how to get your articles up to snuff.

4. Please follow us on Twitter (@bitmob) and Facebook (Facebook.com/bitmob). We're changing up the format of the Mobcast, and we'll be getting your opinions and thoughts on various topics via those two services.

Thanks again, everyone!

Uh, sorry about that autoplay ad, guys. We're reaching out to our ad network to get those out of here.

Then I guess I will be back too.

Thanks for getting it sorted, and to everyone who helped make it happen. Onwards and upwards.

I want the Mucinex ads gone so bad. It scared me so much when I was working on my DCUO article.

But, HURRAY BITMOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As one of the more vocal complainers when it comes to Bitmob site issues, I just want to say that I do appreciate what you guys do, and how hard you work to make everything run as smoothly as possible. I'll keep posting.

Glad those issues are sorted. Onward and upward for my favorite website. Woot.

Yay Railsware! 404 error + working on multiple articles a day added up to a lot of frustration. But all that's gone now!

I love being able to log in and comment on an article without having to rip some of my hair out first.

Woo! Oh wait, now I don't have an excuse for not posting things. Guess I'll have to post more often!

Nice to see the site back in working order again. Since I noticed that it's been working again, I've been pimping the place to some of my friends.

Two of them have already posted (Jeroen Amin and Lloyd Markham), and I have a third who will hopefully be preparing something this month.

I'd just like to extend a big thanks to Bitmob and its editors for supporting me in return. When I came here, I wasn't very good at the whole article writing thing, despite having a strong prose voice. However, I feel that in the last 6-7 months since I've been here, I've been getting better and better. At least, I hope I have! The biggest motivator for me to write is audience, and getting really good feedback and pageviews on my articles is the best way to get me to write the next one. That and winding up in GamePro, which was really cool.

So, thank you! It'll take more than annoying 404 errors to get rid of me.

I still encounter the same problems of the autocompletes not showing up and being unable to refresh thumbnails.
