Guess Who: Round Fourteen

By now, y'all should know the rules for our weekly head-scratcher Guess Who. But if you don't remember, it's okay, because, well, I didn't expect you to. I mean, I know it's hard to remember to guess the mystery game character below based on their five seemingly random clues. Hell, that's like reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Who the hell remembers that? Exactly. Wait, what were we talking about again?

Guess Who

1. I know you didn't ask, but I'll tell: In the Navy is my favorite Village People song.

2. Not to brag or anything, but I've been known to lift people off their feet. Gotta hand it to me -- I'm rather charming.

3. Y'know, I've always wondered: Where does one get a license to kill anyway?

4. Lost is my favorite television show. I hope Jack and company get off the island. Or is it stay on it? Decisions, decisions!

5. My father tells me I was a good boy growing up. But my mom disagrees. I wonder who's right. Or wrong. Or...hell, who cares?

Who am I?

Continue after the break to find out.

You might have heard of me -- I'm Commander Shepard from the Mass Effect series.

It's okay, Shoe. You have short-term memory. I'm surprised you remember how many times you've failed. :D

This one completely stumped me. I had no idea how any of the clues pointed to that answer. Maybe it would've helped if I had played Mass Effect 2 :-(

I did not get this one either, although the "lift people off their feet" clue was obvious in retrospect. Michael, there is not enough of you on Bitmob anymore - you are missed!

I... don't get how those clues related to Shepard. At all. These clues have been getting more and more obscure, to the point where they seem less like "what character is this" and "what was Donahoe thinking about at the time that he wrote this".

@Tom -- I haven't played Mass Effect 2 yet, so these were all based of me finishing the first game yesterday. To enlighten you: 1. he's in the alliance navy 2. lift biotic 3. need to buy gun licenses 4. jack from lost shares the commander's last name 5. shepard is good or bad depending on you. ;)

Oh my god Michael, that has to be the next post Donahoe does! We have to guess what he is thinking! Brilliant! And I think that the clues work for they display the decision making in Mass Effect, and the in the navy clue was pretty spot on.

Haha! I intentionally put "decisions, decisions" after the Lost clue. ;)

@Donahoe You evil genius! That pretty much all makes sense. I figured the Navy one but the gun licenses and "decisions, decisions" are pretty brilliant. I was totally thinking something different with the license to kill.

Man, I suck. I actually thought for half a second it might be Shepard but then thought "No, that's to recent".

Am I the only one who immediately thought of the construction workers from GTA3 when I read that first clue? IN THE NAVY

I got stumped, again! But as soon as I saw Shepard's pic I couldn't help but laugh. The clues were absolutely perfect!

But... but... my Commander Shepard isn't a biotic, he *knows* where to get a license to kill (from the Citadel Council), and his mom thought pretty highly of him even when he was a kid (at least if he has the Spacer background--the other two ignore his mother completely). I call foul. False clues!

@Fozzy No way! When I read the clue about the Navy I totally thought of those guys too! That's crazy!

#2 got it for me, the rest didn't really make sense to me. Charming as in conversation system and biotic powers.
