Yoshi Kitase and Motomu Toriyama from Square Enix have gone on record saying that future installments of the main Final Fantasy games should should not take as long as they have in the past. Now that their teams have the ins and outs of the hardware down, the process is expected to quicken. This is promising as now we might get to see Final Fantasy 30 (aka XXX for you perv-loving Roman numeral fans) during our lifetimes. [VG247]
Left for Dead 2's cover art appears to have been edited for Japan just like the first game. Apparently there's a bit of cultural sensitivty to missing fingers since the Yakuza have been known to cut off fingers as a form of appology.
