The game is adventure-style game in based around the characters and locations from the FOX television show Prison Break. The game will allow players travel to locations from the show and meet characters from the show as well. Many of the voice actors from the game are the voice actors from the TV Show. The game will also render many graphics in 3D using a combination of textures, polygons, and other digital wizardry.

The game comes in a box. But what's really in the box is the disc, which can be used with the player's system of choice.
