New Javelin Glitch for MW2 Crippling Online Play

It seems that Infinity Ward just can't get a break these days -- with the Call of Duty community still in uproar about shoddy network connections and rampaging hackers, there might be enough evidence to suggest that the beleaguered developer didn't provide enough TLC for the Modern Warfare 2's launch.

Now, a new glitch has surfaced within online play that transforms players into suicide bombers; with some weapon-swap trickery involved, a player possessing a Javelin (or any launcher whatsoever) has the means to become a walking grenade.

Rather than elaborate, observe the video here.

The bug is causing gigantic headaches by mostly allowing players to instantly conjure up Martyrdom. Thankfully, Infinity Ward is aware of the issue and will include a fix with the next major patch release.

Is this in the console or the PC version of the game?

I've experienced it in the 360 version and the video tutorial has instructions for users using the PC and PS3 versions, so it looks like it's affecting everything.

I certainly would not say it's "crippling" online play. Yeah, there's the occasional jackass that uses it, but it's not out of control, at least from what I've been playing on the 360.
