They handed out women with 3DS's. Wow!

I want a 3DS. I never thought I would, but I do!

I never thought Nintendo would take a page from Deal or No Deal.  But there they were, Reggie's Beauties.  And the 3DS even looks like a miniature briefcase!   Best Pack-In since SMB/Duck Hunt.

I want one too. I don't want to hold out but I just might.

Nintendo did very well. The 3DS looks like it will succeed just like all of their handhelds. Epic Mickey looks good, too. It is clear that Nintendo doesn't cater to the hardcore in the slightest. Who can blame them when they make money hand-over-fist with their mass market appeal.

While I have no interest in handhelds, I wonder how much that 3DS is going to cost. I don't think they mentioned any sort of release date but the DS XL is going for $190 so I'd guess a 3DS could be at least $249.99 unless they heavily discount the current DS' before the 3DS hits.
