It's official: Anime versions of video games make them that much cooler.

Video Blips:

• This sneak preview for the Halo Legends anime looks pretty slick. Now just make one for all the other blockbuster video game franchises and we'll be set. [Kotaku]

Continue after the break for a funky Bomberman Live: Battlefest trailer, a developer interview for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and an action-filled Aion video.

Â

• Bomberman Live: Battlefest delivers all the classic multiplayer Bomberman you've come to expect. The video has an awesome funky background song. Bet you didn't expect that. [GameVideos]

Â

• Vince Zampella, the studio head of developer Infinity Ward, breaks down what they've been doing with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Now you have an idea why they're bundling this with the expensive Xbox 360. [GameTrailers]

Â

• This Aion launch trailer looks nice and has lots of action, but we really have no idea WTF is going on. Any thoughts? [GameTrailers]

I think the Aion game is modeled after what would happen if the Republicans and Democrats ever were in the same room for too long... actually I have no idea, but it does look cool!

Really? I guess that's why so many people were complaining that there was a lack of Karate Kicks in Halo 3..... :D

Kind of sad, Modern Warfare 2 looks like it's going to end up being the only game I must own this whole year.

Master Chief's signature move is the tea-bag. They better have that in the anime.
