I personally don't know why I call it a review at all, I don't summarize story, gameplay or anything in true in-depth form, and it's simply something to get my message across.

Without further ado, here is the review for Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time.
Pros:
- Excellent storytelling, goes well with amazing voice acting
- Nolan North
- Nolan North's voice is hardly noticeable even though his character role is rather prominent
- Maintains humor and wit from previous installments
- Ties all loose plot ends together
- Same great unique "large and in-charge" gunplay from the Ratchet and Clank series
- Customizable weapons, from colors to how the gun behaves
- Same great balance of platforming, puzzles and firefights
- Clank is actually fun to play as now
- Difficulty is actually quite formidable
- Lots of side-content, such as mini-planets to find collectibles, arenas to clear for more rewards
- Same addictive weapon leveling system
- Lengthy single-player campaign
- Probably the best instructions manual of this console generation
Instruction manual art style
- Challenge Mode (aka New Game Plus) is still here and adds massive replay value
Cons:
- Ratchet's platforming bits feel janky without Clank's hovering abilities
- Sometimes "formidable difficulty" is mistaken for "frustratingly cheap instant death stages"
- Some boss fights can be underwhelming or monotonous

Although this boss fight is cool the first time, the game asks you to kill three in one mission...
- A few cutscenes are unskippable and can discourage replay value
- Only 3 weapons can be customized for performance/behavior change, the rest is for visual style
- Options menu provides 3 possible control schemes, and doesn't explain any of them
Final Word:
Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time does a great job in storytelling and maintains the same great gameplay with a few innovations. Goes to show that sometimes more of the same is better.
