Did you know that May was Bitmob's best month ever?
While this is a reference to our traffic stats, I believe it was also our best month for the quality of submissions. May featured a fantastic run of staff-written articles, a successful Field Week organized by Alex Cronk-Young and Cody Winn, and an unbelievable amount of great articles submitted by the community.
If you want to be on next month's list, you must bring your "A" game. May's 10th most viewed article would have easily made the top five in any other month. Our community-submitted articles got that much traffic.
Here's the list, and congratulations to everyone!
10) 4 Places Rockstar Should Set Their Next Game by Jon Porter
9) RPGs: Has Mass Effect 2 Ruined Them All? by Gary Lucero
8) Sh*t L*st #2: The Greatest PS2 Games Ever by Brian Biederman
7) The Final Episode of Lost Will Invariably Be Better Than Lost: Via Domus by Travis McReynolds
6. Why Games are Never Going to Get Shorter and Cheaper by Jon Porter
Hit the jump for the top five.
5) How Balance (Almost) Ruined the Halo Series by Michael Rougeau
4) Interview: InstantAction's Louis Castle on Browser-Based Gaming by Mark T. Whitney
3) More God of War 3 Hate: In Defense of Hera by Evan Killham
2) Check Her Stance: Finally, a Female Pokémon Trainer Stands on Her Own Two Feet by Meghan Ventura
1) The 5 Best Bad Games of This Generation by Oren Giladi
Did you know that:
- The most read community article appeared on the last day of the month?
- InstantAction's PR actually sought out community member Mark T. Whitney so he could interview Louis Castle?
- The top two are currently in the top 10 most read community articles of all time? (Sixth for Oren's article, and 10th for Meghan's.)
